About us
A Charleston family business, built one client at a time.
Palmetto Industrial Cleaning started the way a lot of good local businesses do — a father and his son saw that property managers, contractors, and business owners in Charleston needed a cleaning company they could count on.
We kept hearing the same things: crews that didn't show, work that slipped after the first month, and no one to call when there was a problem. We started this company to be the opposite of that.
We're not trying to be the biggest company in town. We want to be the one you don't have to think about — because the work gets done, the communication is clear, and when you need something, you can reach us.
When you work with us, you work with the owners directly — father and son, side by side. Call 843-860-1885 or request a quote and one of us will follow up.
Personal accountability
Our names are on this business. If something isn't right, we fix it — and you'll hear from us directly.
Real working relationships
We'd rather keep a client for years than chase a one-time job. That means listening and adjusting.
Consistent service
The same scope, done the same way, every visit. Consistency is what makes recurring service worth paying for.

Tell us about the space and what you need. We'll review the scope and follow up with next steps — usually a walkthrough before any pricing.
